PAYMENT

  • Payment methods accepted within the United States include: PayPal, Google Checkout, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cashier's Check. Billing address must also be given if shipping address is different than billing address for payment to be accepted. We accept Paypal to confirmed addresses only.

  • For California sales, 7.25% SALES TAX MUST BE ADDED.

  • International sales will be made only if payment is made and confirmed through PayPal or sent to our account through Bank to Bank Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Cash sent through Western Union is also accepted. Only after funds transfer is confirmed will product be shipped. It is possible that your bank may charge a fee to provide this service so you will need to check and see if there is an additional cost on your end and allow for it on the transfer.  Make sure you ask your bank about all possible fees that might get charged in the transfer; our bank must receive the amount that we have specified.  We  ship to satisfied customers the world over on a regular basis and would be pleased to assist you in this matter.

SHIPPING

  • We normally ship by U.S.P.S., or United Parcel Service (UPS). For Canadian sales we ship UPS or USPS. We can ship by DHL or FedEx upon special request, but you must call in your orders to ship by these two companies.

  • SHIPPING INSURANCE: We strongly recommend shipping insurance. All packages and items for sale are new exactly as shipped from factory. We package all items to prevent breakage during normal handling. If insurance is not purchased, we will not replace in case of loss, breakage or pilferage. 

  • There is no free shipping on International sales. 

  • Shipping on all international sales will be done through USPS International Services (Global Express Guaranteed, Express Mail International, Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International [if under 4 pounds weight]. We find that their services serve well and save our customers money.  Should you desire special shipping through UPS, DHL or FedEx or services such as express, overnight, or two-day shipping, you must phone in your order and for price estimate.

  • All international shipments must be insured and marked as merchandise, as well as the actual value of the item marked on the custom form.  If customer refuses Postal Shipping Insurance, then customer assumes all risk such as damage, theft or loss during shipment. 

All fees associated with the delivery of an item to an International buyer such as custom, vat, etc., are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask us to change information on the custom declaration to save on custom fees. We also request a complete contact phone number (international buyers) for the custom form in case there's any problem locating your address.

 RETURNS

  • Buyer assumes all return shipping costs.

  • www.warehouseautoparts.com returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (R.G.A.) number.  To request a R.G.A. number  e-mail us at: sales@warehouseautoparts.com or call us at 1-800-655-4492 or 1-530-223-9206.

    PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Invoice number

    • Which product you would like to return

    • Reason for return

    • Your Name

    • Phone number and e-mail address

  • General Return Guidelines

    Within 45 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

    • Are not damaged

    • Do not have missing or broken parts

    • Are in original packaging

    Items not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:

    • Items that have been damaged or are missing parts

    • Items that are not in the original packaging

    • Items that have been installed

    • Electrical components

    • Tools and Electronic test equipment (such as OBD II code readers) that have been removed from the original packaging

    • Carburetor kits that have been opened

  • All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  All returns are subject to verification by our staff. Credit will not be given to returned items that do not have a R.G.A. number, or fail to meet the return guidelines.  Credit or refund shall be based on original sales price excluding freight.  Shipping fees are not refundable.

Ordering with the assistance of our ASE certified parts pros greatly reduces the probability that you will ever have to return a purchase.  We have one of the lowest return ratios in the industry.  Should the occasion arise it will be handled in the prompt, courteous fashion that we are known for at Warehouse Auto Parts.

  • Core Charges
    Certain automotive parts have a core charge attached.  That charge, if any, will be clearly noted on your conformation e-mail from us.  We will gladly issue credit upon return of your good core to us.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Warehouse Auto Parts collects data only to fill and ship your orders.  All information is kept private and is not sold or given to any other parties.
