over the face of the wheel are are secured by 5 flush-mounting screws.

Installation Kits are available for most passenger cares, light duty trucks, sport utility vehicles and sport boats. And Installation Kit is necessary to install a Grant Custom Steering Wheel.
Step by step instructions are included. [Note: The Kits are not designed to be used on any airbag equipped vehicle or vehicles with radio controls or cruise controls on the steering wheel. -- Exception: certain FORD vehicles.]
