Instructions for operating and installing

  1. Measure dipstick to see that 4 inches is in the oil. At least 4 inches of the Kat's dip stick must be in the oil.

  2. Replace oil stick with Kat's Oil Heater.  This semi-flexible oil heater will conform with most curves in the oil stick tubes.

  3. Connect oil heater into any 120 volt outlet and operate on an all-night basis. It is important to begin operating oil heater when car engine is still warm.  Check heater clearance from hood, before closing hood.  Be sure no wires or cables come in contact with heater.

  4. Remove the oil heater before starting your engine.  After each use, wipe oil heater clean of oil  or sludge.  This will greatly prolong the life of your oil heater.
