Fits 2 1/4" Frost plug hole

Light truck

  • Dodge truck 6 cylinder 1989-1997 5.9 Cummins

Agricultural

  • Case: 4-390, 6T-590, 4T-390, 4TA-390, 6-590, 6T-590. Fits right side.

  • International:  All 4 cylinder 390; All 6 cylinder 590; 7100 Series; Fits Left Rear hole.

Heavy Truck

  • Cummins: "B" Series 4B3.9, 4BT3.9 (3.9L, 289 CID) 4 Cylinder 6B5.9, 6BT5.9 (5.9L, 359 CID) 6 Cylinder, 6.7.  Replaces frost plug on right side of engine in any available hole.

  • Ford: 6 Cylinder 1060 "B" Series Cummins (5.9L, 359 CID); 1460 "C" Series Cummins (8.3L, 505 CID) Replaces front frost plug on right side of engine.

WARNING: Do not use engine heater when using a 100% solution of antifreeze. 

  • these heaters are equipped with a three prong (grounding) plug and should be connected to a properly grounded circuit.

  • If an extension cord is used in conjunction with this 30105 Frost Plug engine heater, be certain that the wire size of the extension cord is of adequate size for the wattage of the heater and distance from the receptacle to the heater.  Consult a licensed electrician if further information is required.

  • Do not start engine with heater plugged in.  Element hot spots could occur causing the element to burn out.
